Letter to Customers Regarding Price Changes

Dear Prospective Clients,

Due to the rising costs of manufacturing our products and the recent price increases for shipping costumes and receiving supplies, we have reluctantly made the decision to raise the prices of our costumes. This is the first time that we have done this in ten years.

We now offer a 15% discount for orders of three or more jumpsuit's, when those jumpsuit's are ordered at the same time. This discount only applies to jumpsuit's and we require a 50% deposit on the entire order, when the order is placed.

Our company has made this decision, so that we can continue to sell top quality costumes. We do not want to compromise the quality and workmanship that we have been known for during the last 18 years.

I would also like to point out that costumes (including jumpsuit's) are “wearable goods”. This means that anyone can reproduce a jumpsuit like the ones that were worn by Elvis Presley. The designs on the costumes are public domain. The original designers did not copyright them. No one is breaking any law by reproducing the costumes that were worn by the King of Rock and Roll.
